i was aiming my headlights the other day after i replaced one, and after i got them even i flicked my high beams on to check them. the driver side is lower than the passenger side... i cant turn them enough to make them even... is it supposed to be like that? or is something wrong?

 

I'm pretty sure there is supposed to be one aiming at the road and one aiming ahead. Not positive though.
