Default Diablo Tuner

Okay Okay. I know this subject has been beat to death but I've been looking at adding one to 00 5.3 Z. I was wondering how hard they are to use and if it would really be a good benefit for someone who puts 400 highwaymiles on a truck during the week (like mpg's etc.). I like to go offroad and hunt during the winter, and I don't really haulanything with a large amount of weight.NowI'm not a complete idiot when it comes to my truck but I am surely not a tuner. Can anyone give me some ideas as what to expect if I get one.

John

I agree. thats the most gain you will see.

but if you HAVE to have a handheld, a Predator or Diablo isnt a bad choice.

The Predator is quick and easy. The PC interface will take some practice however. I would program "on the fly" (pull over shut it off, change parameters, start it and go) all the time takes 5 minutes once you get the hang of it.
