Hey all... I have a 2004 GMC Sierra ext cab and my father backed it out of the garage this morning and hooked the mirror on the side of the wall. I was wondering if anyone knew first how to change the whole mirror unit including the piece that is attatched to the truck? Also if anyone knew how to take the interior door skins off so i can change the speakers at a later time.

pretty sure you have to take the inside door panel to take off the mirror assembly. just look for acces holes or anything along the bottom edge of the door from the inside to take it off.....goodluck
