Got a 99 silverado ive noticed the past few days the window hesitiates when i push the button to roll down the window, anyone else had this issue? is it always the motor? or could it be the switch itself? and if so where is the best place to find replacements. Thanks

My wife just had to replace the motor/etc in her '02 Avalanche. We bought the whole assy @ advanced auto for $100.00 and our local dealerinstalled it for about $120.00. Door panels a piece of cake, but i don't know about the motor and etc.

I looked at my passenger side assembly which has been giving me trouble like that lately. Looks simple enough to do yourself. I might have to replace mine soon, if I do I'll post pics!
