Electrical Troubles

i smashed the front of my 1999 4.3L silverado up a few weeks back and i am slowly getting it back together. i am having some electrical problems right now, when i turn my right turn signal on all the signals flashed and my running lights, then i changed the fuse for my right signal and now the right signal works properly, but still no left signal, so i changed the fuse and it blew, so im assuming there's a short in there somewhere, basically im jsut wondering where i should start to try and figure this out,i'd rather ask then spend days going in the wrong direction.

Inspect the wires for bad spots in the insulation and tape them up. You can also do continuity test to check for hard shorts. You may want to check on youre groudns too because it sounds like you may have a grounding issue - that may be why when you're right blinker was on the rest were blinking too; it was grounding off through their circuit. I know that sounds weird but I've come across it in older trucks.

I agree with superddd, sounds like a ground issue.
