Exhaust question: Flowmaster 40 or Super 44?

Exhaust question: Flowmaster 40 or Super 44?

Between the Flowmaster 40 series, or the Super 44, does anyone know which is louder? Which has a more mellow tone?

flowmaster 40 series but make sure you get the original 40 not the delta 40

The super 44 is the original flowmaster just re named. When it originally came out, California said it was too loud therefore illegal. Flowmaster changed the design for compliance and a few years ago brought it back as the super 44.

Anytime brother and yes I'm serious. It's a great muffler, they sound great with my 305.

Good luck is it a single in single out?

and i would suggest getting it welded. it lasts alot longer and sounds better with no chatter and moisture wont be able to work its way in
