exuast brake

I have a GMC sierra with a 6.0L Duramax desiel and an allison transmission and I'm wondering if i can put a exuast brake on this truck? Thank you Robert

first of all the D-Max is 6.6L motor. you can get an exhaust brake a bankspower.com if it is indeed a 6.0l n you have a gas motor and you can not get one for that.

yes! your right it is a 6.6L. So its possible to put and exuast brake on? Is it worth my trouble of putting one on?

Yeah an exhaust brake is definatly worth the trouble. If you do alot of towing you will really appreciate having it.

yeah if you obnly tow occasionaly i would not be able to see how it would pay off but if you are always towing you will see a HUGE difference in brakeing power and and life of your brakes
