factory service manual worth it ?

new owner of a 1997 GMC K1500 SLE. Would buying a factory service manual be worth it compared to a haynes or chilton's ? I have always just used haynes in the past. The factory manuals run around $150 shipped.
Anyone here have the factory manuals ?

Haynes or Chiltons are just as good. Save the money.
