Fog lights 1997 sierra

I have a 1997 sierra, stock chrome front bumper and black plastic front valence with the tow hooks. I want to install to fog lights, anyone have any suggestions on how to do it?

Those tow hooks can unbolt from the bumper. A lot of people do it that way. Other wise you could do some fabrication.

yeah i've thought about that, but i use the tow hooks too often to remove them. i'm a little nervous about how to cut holes in the valance

You could also get a front bumper cover that is modified to have fog lights. Maybe that could be work u.
