Greetings. After a long absence from Pickups in a Jeep..

I am planning on picking up a new 2012 GMC Sierra SLE 4x4 Crew cab tomorrow.
What are your opinions on hard tonneau folding covers, specifically the BAK Flip?
Also, I see lots of leveling kits, most with spacers. How do you rate these against the replacement struts with springs, and is there a real difference in the spacer kits to justify the huge cost differences?
This truck is probably going to be mostly babied, with some significant trailering thrown in, light hauling, and easy off road on fire roads and such.
Thanks for any input.

Howdy,
Can't comment on tonneau covers as I preffer toppers.
Do you really want to raise the front of the truck if you are already planning on "significant" trailer towing?

BTW congrats on the new ride.
How 'bout some pics and specs?
1500-3500, gas-diesel etc.

Yes, I don't like the nose down look. With my small trailer it doesn't make the rear go down but about 1/4". If I pull anything very far with enough tongue weight to make it nose up I will probably get some Air-Lifts.
Thanks. It's a Sierra SLE 4x4 with the 5.3L engine/6 speed/trailering pkg. with the coolers/locking differential and which included a bunch of other amenities, Z71 Pkg., rear window defroster, and bigger tires. Real happy so far, but man does the mileage go off a cliff over 75.
