Go online and search for the cheapest places. Some places will cut $.10 off for paying with cash.

I researched the "fuel perks" thing with Giant Eagle, Foodland and Shop and Save (all local grocery chains) and found the best discount per dollar. I spend less at Shop and Save then anywhere else and they also have the best discount on gas up to 30 gallons and they use Sunoco fuel, so that is another bonus.

So if you have grocery stores that do this where you live, research the best ones and sign up for their "fuel perks".

Here it is 3.99 for 87 octane.

I would do that but my dad ownes his own grocery store so that is were we do all our shopping. But you are right that is the best was to save on gas. The Smiths here takes off like 10-15 cents for buying so much food. And that is actually the only store around here that dose that so were kinda stuck. But we do have a Mavrick around here and with a card you can get up to 4 cents off a 93 and to off 83 so thats not bad.

Here its 3.94 for 83. So far the lowest!!! But I just bought a new peddle Bike so im going to be saving on gas like crazy!!!

It is 4.19 in the east bay area, but I buy my fuel on the military base. I paid 4.13 this morning for the cheap stuff. I think that the 93 is 4.29 on base and is about 4.39 off base. It is always outragiously over priced hear over everywhere else. Which is wierd becouse we have a refinery right here inthe bay area! Well that is that. I try to ride my motorcycle as much as possible to save on gas. But I HAIT the cold! And I love driving my truck. I love looking down at the ricers that are here at the base. My truck is pretty slow, but I can take them on the bike, which is funny becouse it is a heavy cruiser that only has an 800cc V-twin motor.

$3.899 where im at in VA. for 87 would never use 93 for anything so i dont care what it cost but its up to $4.159. kind of weird i thought there was some univeral law (LOL)that there was $.10 between the grades but its been like .$15 here recently.

The grocery stores around here dont sell gas not even the Wallmart. I pay for everything in cash unless online of course. Ive never heard of getting a discount for it but ill check it out. They say on the news you can go to some site to find the cheapest spot but I havent done it.
