Definately sounds like a fuel pressure issue. I`ve never had a problem, but a friend of mine`s truck does the same thing. He`s a mechanic and keeps saying he`ll fix it one of these days. You know how it is....a mechanics vehicle is always the last to get fixed!!

 

both,really...it should be in the upper 40's psi to 50 something...it will bleed off slowly when you turn it off...but it should sharply rise when the key is turned on....
I imagine the pump is weak
