headers/exhaust manifolds
 

im looking to buy a set of headers or exhaust manifolds.
first, which is better? just manifolds or full headers?
and second, would either one give me any noticeable power gains or sound improvements?

basically what i've heard is that shorty headers aren't going to give you a noticeable difference. i'd go with long tubes but then you have to move or remove your cats i believe.
