Headlight Appears Fogged Up. Replace? If so, from where?

Hello everyone!

First off, I own a beautiful red 01 Chevy Silverado 1500 (Regular Cab, 5.3L V8, Manual Trans).. Anyways, upon entering my garage yesterday the driver side headlight of my truck appeared opaque (I believe this is referred to as a fogged headlight). With a closer look at it I also discovered a tiny fracture in the assembly running vertically from the base of the assembly.. Could this have let in moisture?? Can I somehow remedy this problem myself or must I buy a replacement? I don't mean to jump to conclusions, but in the case that I have to purchase a new one, I've done some browsing around online for possible vendors (I like to plan ahead!). Before I make any purchases online, though, I want to be sure that either of the two companies I've narrowed it down to, are legitimate. I've just been scammed before so I don't want to take any chances.. The two possible vendors are:

Thanks in advance guys!
