Heater Control Bulbs

I have a couple of light out in my Heater Control(2002 Z71 1500) with rear defrost. The fan speed is out as well as the Ricirculate air button underneath. Is this serviceable? I have seen listings where people have swapped in LEDS for these bulbs, etc.

not servicable...plus,i imagine the fan speed problem may be a blower resistor

I didn't mean that the fan speed isn't working, just the the bulb that lights it up is out. I have seen references to people having swapped the bulbs out for LED's.

RE: Heater Control Bulbs

I have a 3500 silverado and I was going to post a question about the heater control bulbs too. I have duel control heaters and the passenger side bulb that lights it up is out.The drivers side is working. I pulled it out today to discover that its not a regular bulb that you can replace. Its a LED bulb on a circut panel that has to be either replaced with another bulb or a new heater control unit.[:@]Not sure what they are doing about the LED bulb being out on them. Will check with the dealer in the morning and see what they suggest. Wasnt sure if any other silverado member had this problembefore.
