Default hello

hello. I have 2004 GMC Sierra. Ext. Cab. 4.8 L V8. It is time for new tires. I was going to get the
BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A Size: 245/75R16. Tires. What is the largest size I can put on my truck without them rubbing.

Default RE: hello

Assuming you've got a stock lift, 265/75 shouldn't rub at all (I'm running 265/75 R17's with no rubbing), and with a 16" rim, you may be able to get away with 285. A friend runs 285 on 17's, and there is only very slight rubbing every now and then (hard cornering, backing, etc).

Hope it helps...
