HELP! New Tires & Wheels, now brake problems?

Default HELP! New Tires & Wheels, now brake problems?
We just put 4 new 18" on my new 2007 GMC Sierra and now the brakes are pulsating when we try to stop? It didn't do this before we put the new tires and wheels on it? WHY
