Hopefully this helps the idle problem.
 

Since the wreck I don't pop the hood as much because it's hard to close and I don't want anything else breaking till I fix it. Pulled the intake to clean it and saw the intake came completly loose at the MAF. So for atleast 3-4 weeks my MAF was basicly the filter I wiped the face off and put it back together.

Hopefully a nice cleaned and oiled intake plus a fully put together intake should solve alot of the problem.
