How do i get the right lug nuts....

so im kinda having a problem.. lol. i need to replace the lug nuts on my 00' 1500 and it has Axis regulator wheels on it (if that helps) i know the thread size i need is 14mm x 1.5 with a tapered seat of 60 degrees. the size of the lugs on it now are 3/4 in. do i have to get 3/4 in lugs for it to work? i cant even find 3/4 in lugs they all are like 7/8 or 13/16. another thing, a 7/8 socket will not fit in the whole in the rims so i dont think i could tighten em up. can someone please help me find the right lugs? preferably something of decent quality because i dont want them to get all rusty and look like crap.

i cant even find lug nuts that are 14mm x 1.5 with a 3/4 hex and are 2 in long. does anyone know if 13/16 would be too big?
