i have a 2005 1500 and i was wondering what is the best way to lower my rearend about three inches or just enugh to level my truck out . need help!!!

 

Not sure about the 05 but my 00 has 2.5 inch blocks in the back that can be removed..

Drop shackles for the rear can be had for less than $100. I just put a Ground Force 2.5" rear shackle kit on my 08 and I had a 4" rear kit from McGaughys on my 04 Z71. Belltech, DJM, Ground Force, Eibach and a whole mess of others all make them for your truck.

 

You guys are going the wrong direction. Just FYI.

I dont care for camo...its a truck...not a duckblind..... I dont like chrome either. Thats why customization is so great - you can have it how YOU want it.

There should be a stock 2" block under the rear leaf spring take it out and it should lvl it out
