How to take a jack box out of a 95 chevy extended cab???
 

I got a 12" kicker and a box to go in my 95 z71. The sub box slides under the back seat but, the jack box is in the way and the sub box won't fit all the way. So the sub box sticks out from under the seat alittle. So i was wondering is there a way to take the jack box out?????

Yes, fold up the seat and remove the cover and all the tools and you will see the bolt that holds it in place.

I removed one bolt on the side of the box. Any suggestions on how to remove the bolt/rod in the center???

If your talking about the one that the big wingnut screws onto to hold the lid on then it should have a real small hex at the tip. You can put a socket on it. If it is stripped than you can try double nutting it or, worst case, some vise grips. It just unscrews.
