Im Pissed
 

Just took my truck to get the inspection done because i bought it in late march.

the whole frame was rusted to a point of it being totaled. and the guy i bought it from used fraudulent inspection stickers so now i have to get my lawyers and state police involved.

time to buy a new truck i guess and ive been eying a 5.3

damn i would be very pissed too
hope you can get your money back from him i would be on his ass until you get it back then i would give the truck back to him and make him deal with the problem
can that person go to jail for using a fraudulant inspection sticker ?

yeah thats why im getting the state police because they have a unit for stuff like this. and from what i was told i can get all my money back because im not 18 yet.

thats good if it makes ya feel anybetter where i live we are a buyer beware state menaing if you buy a vehical that would otherwise be junk and it was said to be good and you find out different your stuck with it
as my truck i baught a little while ago the 94 i have pics of on here the front of the frame is rusted out probably would be considered totaled but i will have my uncle weld it for me to fix it

and i hope that scum goes to jail your probably not the first guy he has done this too
also look at the frame really really good take a small ballpin hammer with you and hit the frame but not to hard to see if anyholes go thru or if the metals weak it will dent on the next truck
i know that sounds funny but if you hit it and the hammer goes thru its a weak frame

well if it works out im eying a 2001 silverado everything is the same exept that ill be getting a 5.3 not the 4.8 and its for the same price i bought my truck for and im cutting off my exhaust system before i give it back to that jizz bag

I'd B pissed too... I've never seen a truck totaled cause of a rusty frame...
My 57 Chev truck is still all original.. the frame is rusty but not so much that it's gonna get ritten off. Good luck in you suite against the seller. I hope you get all your cash back

yeha i honestly thaught about bringing my truck back to the gut i baught it from and demanding my money back the next day cause i did nt get the title as i still had to pay him 200 for it but the guy jumped town and left for mexico so im stuck due to the fact that the ocerdrive is shot and drive is getting there slowly
but im working on it got a new job and im gonna find out sunday on my day off if its the trans thats bad or not if theres metal in the filter there goes 1100 down the drain

its basically to the point of hit it with a hammer and a hole goes right though
