Instrument cluster malfunction, truck won't start
 

2008 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L 4x4. Truck will not turn over, Instrument cluster gauges (Oil, Fuel, battery, temp, speedometer, RPM) do not work. Idiot lights are illuminated. Service 4 wheel drive, service tire monitoring, service ABS service messages appear. Power windows, locks, blinkers also do not work. By removing the key and turning over again and again it will eventually fire up. I have replaced the battery, no change. Any ideas will be most appreciated.
