Interchangable rims????

I have a 05 sierra 2500hd with 17" tires and 8 bolt lugs.Can I interchange between Ford and GMC or ect???? I know this might be a stupid ? but I really do know nothing about this topic

Chevy & GMC are the same, I am not so sure about Ford.
