IT'S ALIIIIVE!
FINALLY! I found the problem!! Atleast I'm 99% sure. After a test I did several people told me that for sure the IAC was bad. I just replaced the IAC so I was a little hesitant to believe a brand new one was causing the same problem. So I decided to check the plug and wires to see if maybe there was some gunk in the plug or something like that. Wouldn't you know it that about an inch worth of the wires before the plug were stiff(on their way to being burnt out) and the plastic sheath around them was cracking. I bought some electrical cleaner and sprayed em down and let them dry real good, then taped the wires individually so they wouldn't ground out on eachother, then taped them back up together to make a wiring harness out of them again. Wouldn't you know it it started idleing normally!!! After I let it run for about 15-20 seconds it started idleing up again, I wiggled the wires a little bit and the idle started bouncing around and once I left it alone it went back to idleing too high (about 1300rpm).
So I guess tomorrow I'm gonna go to the Chevy dealer and see about buying a new plug w/ wires to replace it with. Hope that's cheap! It'll probably be something hand made in the mountains of Scandanavia.......... LOL!
