Lift

I want to lift my truck but i dont want to Kill my fuel econemy. what would you suggest lift height, tire size, and any programmers?? I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado 4x4 crew cab with the 5.3 V8

definitely go with a hypertech programmer and if you can cold air intake with some type of muffler exhaust which will easily boost your truck in all areas of economy
