A lot will depend on how much you are willing to pay and will you do it yourself or have someone do it. I'm not sure about your truck but usually if you lift the front more than 3 inches you'll need to replace the upper control arm otherwise you could damage the upper ball joint. You may want to talk to 4 Wheel Parts or Summit Racing, you can google them for a number. A cheap lift that works is to use a leveling spacer on top of the front coil spring, cost about $100. A better way is to replace the front shocks with a Bilstein 5100 and set it for max height. Both the spacer or the Bilsteins will get you 2.5 inches of lift. Replace the coil spring along with the shock or spacer and you can easily get 3 inches of lift. For the rear you can add a lift block. If you raise the front 2.5-3 inches you may only need a 1 inch block since the rear is usually setting higher anyway. Instead of a block you could do an Add A Leaf. If you are mechanically inclinded you can do any of the above for under $500. 4 Wheel Parts and other shops can do it but your probably looking at $2000 or more depending on what they do. I had a leveling kit done on my 2004 Z71 rasing it about 2.5 inches for $2500 locally. It consisted of new torsion bar keys, front shocks, and upper control arms and necessary spacers for the sway bar and beefed up pitman arm. They also did an Add A Leaf in the rear. I did my 2004 Tacoma by replacing the front coil springs with Old Man Emu 881 and Bilstein 5100 shocks set at mid range. That gave me about 3 inches of lift in the front and I did an Add A Leaf in the rear. Total cost was under $450. I also dropped the front diff. 1 inch to help the CV joints. A 3 inch lift would allow for 33 inch tires for sure, not sure about 35 inch tires. You may need tire spacers for larger tires because of the width. I run LT285/75R16 tires on stock rims on my Z71 thats about a 33 inch tire. Hope this helps you.
