looking for ideas
I've got a '07 Silverado Classic (everything is stock, except a toolbox I put on) that I'm looking to customize. I'm not really sure what I want to do with it but not really wanting to jack it up cause it's only a 2wd. I definitively want to throw some wheels on it, and maybe some engine work...
I'm not really looking to dump a ton of money into it just figured I wanted to make it my own.
So I'm willing to take any ideas you bright minds can throw my way...
I'll attach a pic so you know what I'm working with the color isn't my first choice but it's what I've got so...

I would look at getting a set of Belltech lowering shackles. Cost about $65 and will lower the rear 2", giving you a level ride. I did mine on my 2006 Silv-Z71. Look into some color matched door handles and mirror caps. Some wheel are in order also. Good luck, it's a nice color I think.

Find a set of take-off stock alloys, cheap upgrade.
Flowmaster cat-back.
Tint front windows to match back.
Bilstein shocks, the stockers really suck.
CAI, homemade or otherwise.
All synthetic fluids.
Custom tune.
Clearbra, so the nose doesn't get tore up.
If you like the lowered look then do as advised above.
That'll get you started and if you decide you like the truck more is always easy.
