My a/c compressor on my 94 silverado whines what do I do
 

ok I bought the truck the previous owner said it had a small leak in the ac system no big deal the compressor whines and everyone tells me to add oil so I did and it didnt fix it should I recharge the a/c to make it stop or what, any ideas would help thanks.

My friend it sounds like the compressor is goin bad.

I figured tht I just wanted to know if there was a way to fix it before it goes completly bad
