Need help Lug converting
 

I have a 92 Chevy 1500 I got some rims that I was told we're 5x5 and don't fit. I've looked online for lug converters to 5x4.75 but don't want to buy anything that insnt going to fit on the truck when I put them on. If anyone knows a brand or place to find them let me know
