Hi all, I thought I'd introduce myself to all in the community! I've always been a "Ford Guy" but decided it was time to try something new, thus the purchase of a 2008 Ex. Cab Silverado WT! Love it already! I'm sure I'll be around quite a bit asking questions in my new automobile venture, but as I stated, thought I'd just introduce! Ciao

I had only had Ford trucks too (the last a faultless 95 XLF250HD work truck). But newer trucks have allgotten bigger and heavier and I don't particularly care for the blocky black square nose of the new Ford SD work trucks. So when my bosssaid to look foranew GMC SLE1 2500 4WD ext. cab, I didn't protest. From looking at reviews and other posts, GM seems to be the best choice at the current time. So far I am pleased with the first 1000 miles in my 2008.
