NEW TRUCK NEED HELP

I recently purchased an 1989 GMC Sierra SLE 4X4 extra cab. It has one problem that I know of right now. Neither of the turn signals work and the horn does not work. I was told that this is all do to a switch problem. It is funny that the flashers work.

If the hazard lights work then it probably is the switch in the steering column that activates the turn signals. Don'tthink that would affect the horn though. Probably either the horn button is messed up or the horn itself is broke. Never messed with horns so not really sure on that.

Thanks, I will check the fuse. It is weird because the indicator lights for the signals/flashers stay on (green) all the time unless I engage the flasher then they flash green to off like normal.

Also when the blue light for high beams is on the hibeams are off. when the blue light is off the high beams are on.

I hate dealing with switches and stuff. How much do you think a dealer will charge me to sort this all out.

The deal says the switch is going to be $630 to replace!!! Is this something I can do myself? HELP!
