Newbie question - where is power steering reservoir?

My dad's got a 1990 Chev truck with a 350. It also has a plow on it.

He is away and I need to use his truck.

It sounds like it is very low in power steering fluid. (whiiiiiiiiine)

(newbie alert!) I know nothing about motors. I was hoping someone could point out to me where the power steering fluid reservoir is. (I heard that its very bad if you get it mixed up with the brake fluid reservoir. :) )

The picture taken from the driver's side shows a large reservoir with a pulley near the center of the picture but I think that's for the plow hyrdaulics. I think that also takes power steering fluid but I didn't know if the 'plow' power steering fluid is connected to the 'steering' power steering fluid. I hope that makes a shred sense. Thanks for any help!!
