No Front Brakes after Bleeding

I just changed all the brake lines on my 2001 Silverado Z71. After bleeding the rear brakes , when I tried to bleed the front brakes there is no presure to the front brake lines . There must be a presure balancing valve that has closed off the front brakes . How do I fix that?
