Default Noise

Hi I'm new to the forum I have a 05 Chev Silverado Z71. I been have a noise that reminds me of a power steering noise, but that has been replaced also the waterpump has been replace along with belts & tensioners as well to no avail still have the noise. The only thing i can tell you is that when accelartion occurs the noise picks up faster and slows when decleration happens. any ideas the guys at the shop don't know they waiting on tech guys from GM.
thanks

Could be the alternator or A/C compressor whining.... other than that I don't know. I have heard alternators start making whining racket when the bearings in them go bad.
