Default Ok so im very deply upset

Today was very very very cold especialy this morning so i woke up an hour early to start the burban up she did just fine minus the hard start so halfway to work i hear a loud ping pop on the pass side engine compart ment now it makes a loud annoying sound like a plug is not in the head so anyway i think it. Blew out a spark plug out of the head havent checked yet also since it happened it took me abodut one and a half hours to get it started and i zhad to jump it 2 times i plan to helicoil the plug whole this weekend

You haven't checked yet? Seems like the first step before planning an attack. Good luck either way.

So why didn't you pull over and check? Should be relatively obvious if you did indeed blow out the plug. I can't imaging a cast iron head having a plug blow out ... but I suppose it's possible.

These regular SBC 350s are all cast iron, right?
