Paint job???
 

I saw this online and something similar in person I wanted to know what kind of paint job it was it has that sand kinda feeling to it and I think it's bed liner spray ?? But I don't know help please!!!

I'll guess that it's undercoating. I think truck bed liner is a bit more bumpy than the "sand" feeling you're talking about.

Ok thank you it just has that real rough texture like it feels like sand paper

It depends on the bed coating - I did a motorcycle with Duplicolor Bed Spray and it was just slightly grainy with a "sandpaper" type feel...

and i have painted an entire truck nad car with bedliner it will be more ruff and look like it has alot of beads in it or at least the bedliner we used did
but i would have to say that is an undercoating
