Passenger side WIPER 2000 Silverado

Help! It was freezing rain that got the blade stuck, now the wiper will not park correctly or function right. Luck for me it's the passenger side. The motor moves the wiper, just doesn't pick it up. The fluid sprays just stuck past the regular position.Just curious if I could possibly fix it myself.

Thanks a million for any input.

You might try taking the wiper arm off and see if it stripped the inside splines on the arm.

try moving it a little bit by hand, it might just need to get seated properly again. May or may not fix it, but it's easy enough to try.
