Default photo shoot... sorta...

I did a little photo shoot of my truck a while back. It's been like a month ago now but my sister just got around to getting the pics off her camera for me. For some reason her camera was sucking bad that day and dang near all the picks came out blurry so I had to make them all kinda small so as to keep em clear...er

Let me know what ya'll think. I particularly like the last one. Kinda creepy looking for some reason, LOL!

Looks good. That is a way nice truck. I really like the front end on the GMC. And that pond would be hella fun to sit around all day.

That is a very nice looking pond area, especially when the sun is setting like it was in the pics. Not very clean though. The county/city people don't take very good care of our ponds and lakes.

nice truck. I especially like how you ran the pipes in front of the rear wheel.
Any extra debris or disadvantedges compared to running them behind the wheels?

Well the right rear tire slings dirt, dust, and rockson them from the road as you drive so they are always dirty.... and from time to time I get little pebbles wedged between the tips that make all kinda racket.

Yea, I would have done one out each side.
I just figured they would be louder and decrease backpressure more than full-length pipes, but it may be just my theroy's.

Im gonna have to put pictures of my truck on here really soon...

Well the muffler is only about a1ft.-1.5ft farther forward than those pipes. So I think your right, I think it does reduce backpressure a bit more than regular full length duals. You also can't really run a pipe out both sides in front of the tire off of the one muffler cause you'd have one pipe that is only 12-18 inches long and the other would be like 3-4ft long. I mean I guess you could but it wouldn't sound right and if anyone saw your setup they'd probably laugh it to scorn. I love it the way it is though, just wish I had the new 44 muffler instead of the 40.
