Please Help.. Will a Step Side Bed Fit a Fleet Side Truck?
 

I have a 2000 Silverado 4x4 Short Bed Fleet Side Truck, Single Cab. The bed on the truck is tore all to heck, rusted out and dented bad. I have found a Short Bed Step Side with the Tail Gate and Bumper that I am wanting to buy. Before I buy, I want to make sure it will bolt up to my truck. Will this Bed and Bumper just bolt right up to the truck with out a lot of modifications? Someone told me the filler neck for the gas tank will have to be changed?
What are the other issues I will have ?

It will fit as long as that step side box came off of a 1999 to 05 truck.
Your filler neck can stay in the same location but it will have to be shortened
