Just a couple ideas you can try, but make sure your plugs and wires are in good shape if it still has the original wires change them regardless of miles. Another thing could be dirty injectors, but thats i bit more involved.

well when i first bought the truck it had 120 000 miles on it and i took it to a dealer and had them change the plugs and do some recall work so idk think i was that bc they look pretty good

ok well if your not getting an engine light from a sensor then id look into getting the injectors cleaned. The cleaners that go in the tank wont get rid of rust and other deposits completely

no they under the top half of the intake or plenum. if you have never taken them apart then try to get someone to help who has. you have to take the plenum off and and pull the fuel rail. the injectors have a screen on the side the rail clips onto them and thats what needs cleaned. you can use a real small flat tip screwdriver and a can of carb cleaner. The only other thing i can think of to check is to see if maybe the module or relay for the fuel pump is lazy or slow to respond when you turn the key on.Im not the best with the electrical end. but the right shop can checkall that with and ohm meter.
