Hello I have a 96 gmc c1500 5.7L regular cab truck. The power doors dont work in my truck when I use the button on the door BUT when i use the button on my key chain it will. All fuses are ok and I dont know what the problem is can anyone help?

 

I assume you are talking about the power door locks. If they work from the remote and not the button, I would start with the button or the wiring to the button. Does the button on the other door work? Sorry if I misunderstood the problem.

 

Both driver and passenger door locks dont work when the button is pushed thats the weird part. but do when the remote is used.

 

Without a wiring diagram, the only place I would think the two doors are common would be the fuse. Check to see if there is a door lock fuse. Other than that, I would have to have a diagram. Good luck.
