Power Loss???

Hi, I am new to the forum and I have a question about my 2005 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab. I just rolled 100,000 miles about a month ago and for the last 6 or 7 months I have been feeling a noticeable power loss and a weaker throttle response. I thought it was possibly due to the spark plugs (the had never been changed) so I replaced them with the same AC Delco Iridium plugs. I cleaned my K&N Filter as well. It helped slightly but isn't back to the same power it had this time last year. I wanted to change the fuel filter but it is on the fuel pump and in order to change it you have to change the entire fuel pump. The truck is completely stock other than the K&N filter I put on it. Any ideas????

Lets see clean out the throttle body, and change your O2 sensors. These sensors help with the fuel mixture and tend to get lazy with mileage rather than just completely failing. New ones will give better performance and MPG's.

+1 on the throttle body cleaning. It should be done much more frequently than people think on these motors.

Have you been running reg gas with ethanol . I noticed mine runs weaker with the stuff.
But do as the others said a good routine maintanance check helps.
