Problem wuth automatic locks on 2000 Chevy Venture

I have a Chevy Silverado, the automatic locks are malfuntioning. It will lock and unlock while I am driving, if I lock it and come back it is not locked. Has anyone else had this problem or have a suggestion for how to fix it.
