Ok, I can't seem to find out what the frequency/decibel level is for my truck. It's not on the horn itself, there's actually nothing on the horn. Where could I find it?

I've found replacements, but they don't describe it at all.

 

What ever it is... It's not loud enough. I'm gonna do a Train Air Horn system, along side the stock horn.

i got air horns on my 88 and they are 150 db i got mine from a napa store in luisianna that also sold semi truck parts but napas website has them
i had them on my crown vic for a while but people really like to cut off trucks dont no why but they do lol plus they make a great prank to your friends when they have a hang over lol

 

don't know the db's but typically horns are listed as "F" and "G" notes. usually installed together. Personally I'd take a trip to the local salvage yard if I were you.

 

well, the thing I want to do is find a horn that has a frequency that would cause harmonics to happen

Get a horn from an old Cadillac and a Silverado. That would be harmonic, wouldn't it???
