Default A quick Hello and a question.

Hello everyone. I am glad I ran across this forum. I have an 03' z-71 I bought new in 03. It has 50,000 miles on it. I noticed yesterday the Cruise control light is not on and the cruise is not working. The first thing I checked was the fuse box. The fuse is fine. Is there anything else I can check or does someone have any other suggestions for me.

Thanks!

won't lite up at all huh...you may make sure 12v is getting to the cruise module with a test lite...beyond that,it needs to be checked for a faulty switch or module..

try turning it on/off a few times with the switch and see if that may be it

Argon, is there a switch on the brake pedal that shuts off the cruise or is it in the computer?

Thanks guys. I tested and it is getting 12v. Is replacing the switch or module a real problem?
