Default Quick Questions for Everyone!!!

I know everyone has their own opinion and what not, and I know what I deal with and recommend to customers everyday as well as what I prefer and am looking to buy for my truck. But I would like to hear all of your guy's opinions on these parts and your guys recommendations and what not and what brands you prefer:

1. Mass Air Flow Sensors
2. Throttle Body Spacers
3. Exhaust Systems
4. Cold Air Intakes
5. Programmers
6. Headers
7. (Any Things Else You Can Think Of)

1. Not worth the money no matter what brand.
2. Trans Adapt
3. Magnaflow or Flowmaster - Single inlet dual outlet system.
4. K&N, Airaid or Volant
5. Predator hands down. If you want a tune instead use HP Tuner
6. Edlebrock or JBM
7. The cheap body mods and ultimate free horespower mod list (see stickies)

1. Mass Air Flow Sensors
On my truck, the only one out that I have seen is the one by JET Performance Products, I
am thinking about waiting untill the Granatelli one comes out because I have heard very good things about them.

2. Throttle Body Spacers
Poweraide TBS is the one I am going with, did anyone ever try putting one on with an after market CAI?

3. Exhaust Systems
I am buying my Corsa Exhaust in about a week and getting it installed over my Spring Break

4. Cold Air Intakes
I already have the K&N (mine came with a closed lid just like a Volant though

5. Programmers
I am worried about getting one because of my factory warrenty, but it is between the Superchips (Flashpaq or Cortex)or the Edge Evolution with the dash monitor

6. Headers
Gibson Ceramic Coated Stainless I am looking at, or I may get the Drynatech Long Tube headers with the High Flow cats. thats still up in the air, but it is a summer project. Not now.

Never had a after market Mass Air

I have the power aid spacer and i love it. Airaid on that one. Abrichford- I have a CAI on my truck at it fit perfictly with no cutting or modification to anything.

Flowmaster all the way. Single in duel out has sounded the best for me so far.

Airaid or K&N eather is good but expencive.

Im not up to date on programers mostly because of the same warrenty proablem that abrichford is having. I dont want to loose it or have a chance of loosing it.

I had pacesetters and they leaked on me I woud suggest Hooker because they have a kick-*** name. lol I have heard good things about flowtech too.

Other things i cant really think of. Thats my 2 cents.

1. I have never known ayone to get one and see it as worth it. The speed shop I go to told me they are worthless.
2. I have only owned a Trans Dapt but I like it and I only hear good. Im sure others are good too.
3. I have Flowmasters 1-in-2-out and I love it. Sounds and Performs great!
4. I have a AEM on my car and like that and plan on going with a K&N for the truck because it comes highly recomended. but other than that I dont know much about these.
5&6 I have no idea.

Heres my opinion:

1. None, Id leave it stock.
2. Trans Dapt smooth bore IF ANY. Most say they are useless but ive heard good things about the Trans dapt on this site.
3. Magnaflow for mellow sound, most power and mpg increases. Flowmaster for louder sound, but not known for power increase.
4. AEM Bruteforce is my 1st choice, followed by Outlaw, Voliant, or K&N 77 series.
5. Custom tunes are the best. Westers, Nelson, or Wait4me depending on budget. For a NBS GM, Nelson is awesome.
6. some kind of long-tubes with O2 sensors of course. Pacesetter or Dynatech makes them for my truck i think.
