I know you guys see these questions all of the time but I have searched this for weeks with many different answers and am having a hard time finding the answer with my setup. I have a 2008 Silverado 4 wheel drive and am going to install a 2 inch Rough Country leveling kit and need to know what size tires to run on my stock 20 inch rims. I find lots of threads about 17 and 18 inch wheels and have even called Rough Country with lots of different answers.
I don't mind if i have to do some trimming to the plastic but really want minimal problem with rubbing here. I need to order tires so please help me out here.

 

What parts does the suspension kit replace? Does it lower the rear end, or raise the front end? What does it do?

As far as I know, from what little I have studied the leveling kits, you wont need to change your tires. I guess maybe I'm just confused.
