what year is your truck?
if it has torsion bars then you can just tighten them up, make sure to get an allignment after!, You can get up to an inch and a half, did it onmy 2000

I've heard that cranking the keys will possibly cause problems down the road. Are your tires and rims stock? I installed a level kit and I know what your talking about, it just doesnt have the look I had hoped for. I plan on upgrading to 33" mud terrains to get a better look. Dodges with nothing done to them make my truck look like a toy. Chevy is letting some pussies get ahold of thier suspension planning.

Yeah same here, i'm going with 33" BFG muds this fall, hopefully that will give it a better look.

You cannot go wrong with the sexy beef of mud tires. I don't even care if I'm gonna have to shave a little fender off to fit 33"s.

RE: Ready Lift

it depends. how is the truck sitting now? is the truck higher in the front or back? or is it about level? if its level i'd leave it alone. if the back is higher and you dont have lift blocks installed you can most likely turn the torsion bars up til its level. if the front is higher than the rear put some lift blocks on the rear and it will make it look higher.

RE: Ready Lift

its about level but the front is still lower than the back even with the ready lift

RE: Ready Lift

if you dont have lift blocks on the back you should be safe turning the torsion bars up until the truck sits level. the only times i've seen anybody have problems with torsion bars being up too high (and i know at least 20 people that have turned their torsion bars up [i live in tennessee]) is if the front gets higher than the back. you should have no problems just leveling it out.
