recomendations on suspension and cold air intake
We have a 2007 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 equiped with a a Boss 7.5' plow. This truck is used as a daily driver and a light plow truck, it is also used to tow the boat. I need a recomendation for a front suspension kit to level the truck. And a recomendation on a cold air intake. I would like to spend a maximum of $300 on the front suspension and a maxium of $200 on the cold air intake. What recomendations do you have?

for the suspension, the cheapest and easiest way to go is to buy aftermarket torsion keys and crank those up until you reach the desired ride height. for the intake, i got the AEM Brute Force. i have the 8.1 liter 2500HD 4x4 and that intake performs flawlessly and opens it up and it breaths very well now for a noticable difference. it runs around $295 though. if you go with the aftermarket torsion keys for the front, that will save you alot of money vice going and getting an actual lift and the left over could be used to supplement the intake. just some suggestions, good luck and let us know if you have any more questions.

Vararam is the best intake you can buy for that truck. It cost about $350 but I think it is worth it.

Anything that allows the truck to breathe better is an improvement over stock breather. What kind of aftermarket keys are recommended to do a lift?

suspension maxx makes a set and so does summit. you can go to Summitracing.com and look at everything aftermarket that is out for your truck.
